Veritas Gospel began with a small group of church leaders across East Africa who shared the same burden.

We had been praying for change.

We were concerned about:

• The distortion of the Gospel.
• The commercialisation of ministry.
• The lack of biblical training among many church leaders.
• The growing influence of leadership models that did not reflect Jesus Christ.

We prayed that God would raise people to do something.

Then came the challenge:

What if God was calling us to become part of the answer to our own prayers?

We realised it was time to move from prayer to prayer with action.

We had:

• No major funding.
• No sponsors.
• No powerful organisation behind us.
• Very limited resources.

But we had a burden, the Bible, willing hearts, and faith to begin.

In July 2022, we organised our first pastors' conference in Kenya.

We started with what we had.

Since then, the conferences have continued every year. What began with a small group of committed leaders is now reaching pastors and church leaders across East Africa and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Today, Veritas Gospel is not affiliated with a larger local or international organisation. We continue to operate by faith while building the structures needed for the future.

Our prayer is that God will connect us with:

• Churches and mission organisations.
• Bible colleges and training institutions.
• Experienced Christian leaders.
• Skilled volunteers.
• Financial and resource partners.
• African and international partners who share this burden.

We are looking for people who can help us carry it further.

We may not yet have all the resources required to do this work on the scale we envision.

But we are not waiting until everything is ready.

We started where we were.

We used what we had.

And we continue trusting God for what we still need.
