WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE DO IT

Our Mission has four approaches:

1. Pastors & Church Leaders Conferences

Africa has experienced tremendous church growth, but Discipleship and leadership training has not kept pace.

The Association of Evangelicals in Africa estimates that 85–90% of pastors and church leaders in Africa have little or no biblical and theological training needed to effectively disciple their congregations.

At the same time, parts of the African Church are facing:

  • Commercialisation of the Gospel.
  • Prosperity teaching.
  • Sale of prayers, miracles and deliverance.
  • Poor biblical interpretation.
  • Worldly models of church leadership.

Our annual conferences bring rural and underserved pastors together to study:

  • The True Gospel.
  • Biblical Theology.
  • Christlike Leadership.
  • Discipleship.
  • Integrity in Ministry.
  • Biblical Preaching.

We are not fighting pastors. We are equipping pastors.

2. True Gospel Radio Programs

Radio allows us to reach people who may never attend our conferences.

Through regular Bible teaching, we address:

  • False and commercialised gospels.
  • Salvation by grace.
  • The finished work of Christ.
  • Biblical discipleship.
  • Christian living.
  • Christlike leadership.

Our goal: Take the true Gospel beyond conference walls and into homes and communities.

3. Youth Discipleship & Skill Training Program

The future of the African Church depends on what we teach the next generation today.

If young Christians inherit a distorted Gospel, the same problems will continue into the next generation.

We therefore want to prepare young people with:

  • The true Gospel.
  • Biblical discipleship.
  • Identity in Christ.
  • Christlike character.
  • Integrity and leadership.
  • Mission and purpose.

Skills Training

We also want to provide practical skills and vocational training opportunities for vulnerable Christian youth.

Poverty and unemployment can place enormous pressure on young leaders. We want future pastors and Christian leaders to have practical ways of supporting themselves rather than seeing ministry primarily as a way to make a living.

Our goal is to raise young people who can serve God without selling the Gospel.

4. Online Discipleship Program

Formal theological education is often inaccessible to rural pastors because of cost, educational requirements, distance, and the time required away from their churches.

Our long-term solution is to develop simple and accessible online training in:

  • Biblical Foundations.
  • The True Gospel.
  • Christlike Leadership.
  • Discipleship.
  • Biblical Preaching.
  • Christian Character & Integrity.
  • Making Disciples.

This will allow pastors, leaders, and young Christians to continue learning wherever they are.

PARTNER WITH US

We do not yet have all the financial resources, facilities, or skilled people required to fulfil this vision. But we are not waiting until we have everything before we start. We started right where we are, with what God has placed in our hands.

We are praying for God to bring:

  • Sponsors to support these programs.
  • Bible schools and churches willing to share resources.
  • Qualified trainers and professionals willing to join the mission.
  • Partners who believe in the vision and want to build with us.

We may not have everything we need, but we have faith, willing hearts, and we have already started.

Pray with us. Partner with us. Build with us.
